What is a talent engagement platform?
A talent engagement platform manages your relationship with candidates outside of an active hiring process. Your ATS tracks who is in a process right now. Your TEP keeps every other candidate searchable, tagged and reachable so you find them before sourcing from scratch when a similar mandate lands.
What is the difference between an ATS, a sales CRM and a TRM?
An ATS tracks candidates inside an open job. A sales CRM tracks companies and prospects on the commercial side. A talent relationship management tool, also called TEP, tracks every candidate over time, including the ones not currently in any process. Jarvi covers all three in one product.
Which channels can I contact candidates on?
LinkedIn invitations, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, calls. Everything in the same inbox, attached to the candidate profile.
Can I import candidates from my current ATS?
Yes. Jarvi imports from Excel, CSV, LinkedIn Recruiter projects, Sales Navigator lists and most major ATS exports. A full migration typically takes one to two weeks. The timeline depends on how fast the previous provider delivers the export.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, in a SOC 2 Type 2 certified environment. Each client's data is isolated, and Jarvi never uses your data for anything else. EU data residency is available on request.
Is candidate outreach GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Data residency is EU. Candidates can be deleted on request. You can configure automatic retention with a validation email before purge. Outreach happens recruiter-to-candidate from the recruiter's own email and LinkedIn account, not as bulk marketing.
Will my candidate data be used to train AI?
No. Jarvi's AI features run on Anthropic under a contract that keeps your data in the EU and excludes it from model training. When you use your own external AI client connected to Jarvi via MCP, the rules of that client apply.
Does this work for a solo recruiter, or only for large agencies?
Both. Jarvi has 1,200+ customers ranging from freelance recruiters to multi-desk agencies. The pricing is a single plan with everything included, no add-on for LinkedIn, WhatsApp or multichannel messaging.
