You open the profile, the whole history is there
A candidate calls you back. You open their profile: nothing about your colleague’s call last week. It was logged on a second profile with the same name. Two profiles for one person means a history split in two and a candidate called twice.
Jarvi’s AI compares profiles that look alike and tells you whether they are the same person, and why: “same email, same career path at the same employer”. You merge in one click, or you let it merge them itself, only when two signals match. If there is any doubt, the two profiles are left to you. From September 21 to October 15, it reviewed more than 150,000 pairs of profiles for our clients.
To turn it on for your whole team: Preferences > Advanced features > AI-assisted duplicates.
Also in recent weeks
In the meeting form, “View calendar” shows your week alongside your invited colleagues’, as soon as your Google or Outlook calendar is connected.
In the CRM, the “Attached company” filter brings up every contact at a client and its subsidiaries, before a meeting or an account follow-up.
On a project, the “Sourcing plan” suggestion from Jarvi AI reads the job ad and suggests up to five searches, starting with your own talent pool in Jarvi.
Did you know? Your client writes “I’m interested in candidate ref. 4F2K”? Type the reference in Jarvi’s quick search and their profile opens. To share a candidate’s reference, open their profile, click the … button (the three dots) at the top right, then Copy reference.
