  • Audit Logs: A detailed audit log records real-time changes to data, ensuring traceability of data access.

  • Backups: Daily comprehensive backups of all data to prevent data loss and enable recovery in case of emergencies.

  • Secure Infrastructure: Jarvi’s IT infrastructure is hosted on AWS, a secure cloud services platform. AWS’s physical infrastructure complies with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards, ensuring a secure environment.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide to us, such as your name, address, contact details, passwords, security data, and payment information.

We gather personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register for the Services, express interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, participate in activities on the services, or otherwise contact us. The personal information we collect may include the following: Name and Contact Details. We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact information.

Information You Store in Jarvi

You can use Jarvi to store data, which may include profile information, resumes, conversations, notes, and more.

We will never sell or give away the information you store in Jarvi to anyone.

For the data you have stored in Jarvi, or downloaded from Jarvi, you are an independent controller of that data.

Where We Store Data

Data is stored on AWS (Amazon Web Services) servers in London and is GDPR compliant: https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/gdpr-center/.

Payment Data

We collect the necessary data to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment method number (e.g., a credit card number) and the security code associated with your payment method.

All payment data is stored by Stripe. You can find the link(s) to their privacy policy here.

All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to this personal information.

Information Collected Automatically

Certain information—such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics—is collected automatically when you visit our services.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless otherwise required by law. We only keep your personal information for the duration necessary for the purposes stated in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, accounting, or other legal obligations).

Nothing in this policy requires us to retain your personal information longer than the period during which users have an account with us.

Google Application

The Jarvi app uses and transfers information received from Google APIs to any other application in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Feature List: Google Authentication and Calendar Integration

Google Authentication:

  • Connect your Google account to the app.
  • Access basic information from your Google account, such as your name and email address.
  • Securely authenticate your identity for personalized features and preferences.
  • Access profile and contact information via the People API.

Google Calendar Integration:

  • Synchronization: Sync events between the app and your Google Calendar for seamless organization.
  • Task Analysis: Analyze Google Calendar events within the app to identify the status of your conversations.
  • Appointment Management: Create and modify appointments linked to your Google Calendar.

Email Access (if applicable):

  • Gmail Synchronization: With your permission, the app can access your emails for specific features, such as reading or sending emails on your behalf.
    • Your explicit consent is required before the app can access your inbox or send emails on your behalf.
    • We prioritize the security and privacy of your emails and will only use these permissions for the specified features.

By using these features, you agree to provide the app with access to your Google account, calendar data, and, if applicable, your emails. We recommend reviewing the Google API Services User Data Policy for more detailed information.

Use of AI Models

Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

Limitations of Our Policy
