Your follow-ups, your roles and your numbers on a single screen
Whether you run an agency, recruit on your own or work in an in-house team, you don’t need to see the same thing on Monday morning. Until now, Jarvi showed everyone the same dashboard. You can now build your own dashboard: you tell Jarvi AI what you want to see when you get in, and it’s recalculated every night from your data. For example: your overdue follow-ups in red, job changes in your talent pool, your projects with candidates at each stage, documents received, your response rate against the week before.
For a team, ask for a view per recruiter: contacts, replies and interviews over the last seven days, with a ranking, and no reporting to prepare. Missing a number? Describe it and the brick appears. The dashboard is available on request: write to us in the chat.

On a meeting synced from your calendar, you pick a type: candidate interview, client meeting, site visit. It counts in your statistics without being logged again, and no longer shows up twice in the history.
Your career site can show each offer in the visitor’s language, without you writing a second version, and tailor the application form to each offer: a transcript for internships, a driving licence for field roles, and nothing irrelevant on the others. To turn it on, write to us on the support chat.
Did you know? Jarvi can withdraw your unanswered LinkedIn invitations on its own after 14 days or more. That frees up your pending invitations, and you can re-invite them three weeks later. Turn it on in Settings > Advanced features.
