Send a meeting invitation from Jarvi

Invite a candidate to an interview directly from their profile. The invitation is sent by email and integrates automatically with your Google or Teams calendar.

From a profile page, you can send a meeting invitation directly by email. The candidate receives it as a standard calendar invitation, compatible with Google Calendar and Microsoft Teams.

Open the profile

  1. From a project or your talent pool, click on the profile you want to invite.
  2. Go to the “Messages” tab or use the quick action button to initiate a meeting invitation.

Configure the meeting

  1. Click on “Send a meeting invitation”.
  2. Fill in the meeting details:
    • Title of the meeting
    • Date and start time
    • Duration
    • Video conference link (Google Meet, Teams…) if applicable
  3. Write an accompanying message to include in the invitation.
  4. Click “Send”.

Track the response

Once the invitation is sent:

  • The event appears in your calendar (Google or Teams depending on your configuration).
  • The candidate’s response is visible in the history timeline of their profile.
  • You can send a follow-up message if the candidate has not yet responded.
