Jarvi’s settings and preferences allow you to adapt the platform to your needs and those of your team. You can access them at any time to personalize your experience, manage your connections, templates, statuses, and much more.

Open Jarvi and access your preferences

Navigate between different settings categories
- Settings are organized by categories to make navigation easier. Here are the main available categories:
- General: interface language, privacy, password, Google/Microsoft login, sending schedule management, etc.
- Emails, calendars and phones: connect your emails, calendars, manage the scheduler (appointment booking), etc.
- Templates: manage and customize message templates, emails, etc.
- Statuses: customize statuses for projects, profiles, companies, and protect certain profiles.
- Input fields: add or modify custom fields for projects, profiles, companies.
- Interaction types: add other types of actions or history entries (call, appointment, resume / CV sent, etc.).
- Advanced features: automations (triggers), team management, WhatsApp/Telegram connection, jobboard management, etc.
