Message campaigns let you contact multiple profiles at once from Jarvi. It’s ideal for recruitment outreach, follow-ups or any group communication.
Select the profiles to contact
- Go to a project or your talent pool to display the list of profiles.
- Select the profiles you want to contact by checking the box next to their name.
- Click on “Send a message” in the action bar.
You can select all profiles at once by checking the header checkbox, or select them individually.
Prepare your campaign
- Choose the sending channel: email, LinkedIn, InMail, SMS, WhatsApp…
- Select an existing message template or write your message directly.
- If you wish, schedule the sending for a later date and time.
- Add an attachment if needed.
- Click on “Preview X messages” to proceed to the review step.
Personalization variables (first name, job title, company…) are automatically filled in by Jarvi for each recipient.
Preview and send
- Review each message prepared by Jarvi. You can edit individual messages if needed.
- Verify that the personalized information is correct for each profile.
- Click “Send” to launch the campaign.
If a profile replies before a scheduled message is sent, Jarvi will automatically cancel the sending for that profile to avoid unnecessary communication.
Track results
Once the campaign is sent, you can:
- Check the outbox to track the status of your messages (sent, opened, replied…)
- View interactions directly in each profile’s history timeline
- Follow up with profiles that haven’t replied
