Use variables and message templates

Save time by creating reusable message templates with variables that are automatically personalized for each recipient.

Jarvi lets you write personalized messages using variables and save them as templates to reuse at any time.

Personalization variables

When writing a message in Jarvi, you can insert variables that will be automatically replaced with the recipient’s information. Type / in the message field to display the list of available variables:

  • First name and Last name of the candidate
  • Current position and current company
  • Tenure in the current position
  • And many more…
Example: Hi /First name, I see you’re working at /Current Company as /Current Position.

Create a message template

To save a message you use regularly:

  1. Go to Preferences then Message templates.
  2. Click on ”+ Create” to add a new template.
  3. Fill in:
    • A name to easily find your template
    • The message subject
    • The message content, using variables with /
  4. Click Save.

Use a template when sending

When sending a message (individual or campaign):

  1. Click on the message template selector.
  2. Choose the desired template.
  3. The content and subject are automatically pre-filled with the variables.
  4. You can adjust the message before sending.

Track your template performance

Jarvi gives you statistics for each template:

  • Number of sends: how many times the template has been used
  • Reply rate: percentage of replies received
  • Meeting rate: percentage of meetings booked

These statistics help you identify your best messages and optimize your outreach.
