Configure your email signature in Jarvi

Jarvi automatically appends your signature to every email sent. Follow these steps to set it up.

How to configure your signature

  1. From your regular email client (Gmail, Outlook…), compose a new email to support+signature@jarvi.tech.
  2. In the email body, paste only your signature (nothing else).
  3. Send the email. Your signature will be saved automatically within a few minutes.

Verify your signature is active

  1. Go to your Jarvi preferences.
  2. Navigate to the “Providers” section.
  3. On your connected email card, a green “Signature configured” indicator confirms everything is set up.

If the indicator is orange, it means your signature has not yet been configured for this address.

How it works

Your signature is automatically appended at the end of every email sent from Jarvi. You no longer need to add the /Signature variable in your templates.

Update your signature

To update your signature, simply send another email to support+signature@jarvi.tech from the same address. The new signature will automatically replace the previous one.
