I'm having issues with my Jarvi Chrome extension, what should I do?

First, make sure the Jarvi extension is properly connected to LinkedIn. To do this:

  • Close all your LinkedIn tabs, then reopen one and wait a few seconds (also open a Recruiter or Sales Nav tab if you use them).

  • If that doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall the Jarvi extension from the Chrome Web Store.
