Jarvi’s sync page lets you monitor in real-time the synchronization status of your important data: LinkedIn profiles, messages (direct messages and InMails), emails, extension status, outbox, and upcoming trigger executions.
Accessing the sync page

Open Jarvi and go to the sync page

What can you see on this page?
- LinkedIn profiles sync status: check if all your profiles are up to date and synced with LinkedIn.
- Messages and InMails: track the synchronization of your LinkedIn messages (regular messages and InMails).
- Emails: monitor the synchronization of your emails connected to Jarvi.
- Extension status: verify that the Jarvi extension is working properly and is connected.
- Outbox: access the list of messages pending or being processed.
- Upcoming triggers: view the next scheduled automated actions (reminders, sequences, etc.).
Using the sync page
- Quickly identify any synchronization issues (errors, delays, disconnections) thanks to visual indicators.
- Manually trigger a sync if needed (“Sync now” button or equivalent).
- Access more details about each category by clicking on items or checking the logs.
- Use this page to diagnose a message sending or receiving issue, or to verify that everything is up to date.
The sync page is your dashboard to ensure all your data flows correctly between Jarvi, LinkedIn, your emails, and other channels. Check it regularly to stay in control!
