How to use the recycle bin in Jarvi?

Jarvi’s recycle bin allows you to easily restore any item deleted by mistake or intentionally. Profiles, projects, input fields, statuses, message templates, and interaction types can be recovered in just a few clicks. Here’s how to use this essential feature to secure your data.

Accessing the recycle bin

1. Go to the Jarvi recycle bin

   • Open Jarvi and access the Recycle bin section via the /recycle-bin address.

2. View deleted items

   • In the recycle bin, you’ll find all recently deleted items:
     • Profiles
     • Projects
     • Input fields
     • Statuses
     • Message templates
     • Interaction types

3. Restore an item

   • To restore an item, click the Restore button next to the item.
   • The item will be immediately reintegrated into Jarvi, in the location where it was before deletion.

Restore multiple items in bulk

• You can select multiple items and click Restore selection to save time.
