Why Jarvi?
When tech and human connection unite to reinvent recruitment.
It all started with my conversations with Johan, the sales director, and Quentin, the tech director. From the beginning, I felt this tool was different from the others. Yes, it’s technically robust, but more importantly, it solves our real struggles as recruiters. Between candidate management, messages across different channels, and repetitive tasks, it’s easy to get lost. Jarvi lightens this load, both mentally and operationally.
Convinced, I invested a third of my savings in the project. It might seem crazy, but for me, it was obvious. I saw its potential right away. But it took me some time to truly understand what I had gotten myself into.

What I love about Jarvi is that you don’t just use the tool. You participate in its evolution. You give ideas, you see your suggestions take shape. Quentin and the team are always there to listen, improve, test. As a result, I’ve been able to not only improve my own processes, but also have a real impact on the tool I use every day.
And the best part? At Jarvi, they love this kind of collaboration. Always ready to discuss, to figure out how to make the tool even better. You really feel like you’re part of the adventure.
One year after SOSU: the turning point.
It took me time to make my role as a shareholder official. After SOSU, a year after going there with other shareholders, I realized how unique this adventure was. We met, we talked about Jarvi to people around us, and they were as interested in the project as they were in the product. This year, not only did Kelly and I miss you, but the organizers did too. Just mentioning Jarvi was enough to bring back memories instantly.
This year really allowed me to step back and see how Jarvi has transformed my way of working and my vision of recruitment. Jarvi is much more than a tool: it’s a vision where humans and technology move forward hand in hand. This community of kind-hearted geeks, always ready to help, has become a real support for me.
